 This is a working farm of sorts, in as much as there is plenty to do tending to the chickens, collecting fresh farm eggs, and cutting and hanging bananas to assure there are plenty for the hordes of mono-titi (endangered Squirrel Monkeys) who visit twice daily. There are also fresh pineapple to be picked, and mangos and avocados to be gathered.

This is just the tip of the iceberg so to speak. This property could also be used to generate funds while living here, either in tourism or renting out the small cabins. There is plenty of space for animal husbandry, organic fruit and produce, or the possibility of developing the property in several other directions.
