This well built Newly Constructed one-bedroom home is a gem. This offering is complete; you need bring nothing but personal items. The home is only 50 mts (50 yrds) from the beach, and is positioned near the center of zancudo, close to the water taxi/ferry for easy jaunts to Golfito only 20 minutes away! Other amenities such as restaurants and bars, hotels etc. are also very close. No car needed here at all! Nor a bike, this is easy walking to most activities.

Fishing? One of the best sport fishing lodges in all of Costa Rica is ‘Zancudo Lodge’ (www.zancudolodge.com) with over 70 I.G.F.A records, ……….recently remodeled, this is definitely one of the most upscale hotels/restaurants in the area and only minutes walking from ‘home’.............maybe 7 minutes! So, if you thought you were in the middle of nowhere without somewhere to ‘put on the dog’ think again!

Beach properties have zones such as residential, commercial, public, etc. this property falls into the residential zone, making this perfect and most importantly, in the correct zoning.

Extra attention was given to assuring every crack was well sealed, overhangs or soffits are also finished and sealed, so the home is bug free! The no-see-um Velcro window screens are easily removed for cleaning and perfect for the tropics. All wood-work is done using Cedro Amargo, a fine native cedar wood, kitchen counters are tiled and trimmed with fine wooden doors, kitchen table, bed, etc. all items were handmade.
