Golfito is changing, and it is changing fast. With all these upgrades and investments going on in Golfito, Zona Americana is receiving a lot of attention. Zona Americana, the most exclusive neighborhood in Golfito, has recently had many houses and businesses changing ownership and prices are steadily increasing.
