The shape of the land is ‘sloping’, like a bowl, there are areas to build, some areas are ‘flatter’ than others, the higher lots have public road frontage and are located at the top of the property with distant mountain views. The larger lots from 1.25 acres and up are located slightly lower and are accessed by easements, these lots are noticeably larger than the road front lots, plenty of space for two constructions, gardens and the like.
