Trying to describe what this large tract of land looks and feels like is nearly impossible, you really need to set up a visit, I’d be happy to show you this property and area.
But the impression I was left with months after visiting still holds a certain feeling, and feeling is one the most important parts of purchasing a property.
I had not been in large sloping open pastures in nearly a year, the Views out to the Ocean/Golfo Dulce were just ‘so large’, there were no trees overhead, the large natural building areas felt as though one had endless expanse……you felt larger, the views were so enjoyable, it felt Grand actually.
The large pastures had quality grass growing, it was not difficult to walk. There was a gentle breeze blowing. Which will reflect whatever is happening on the Ocean and the Gulf. Normally when the tide begins to rise during the day, the breeze kicks up……. a plus with slight elevation.
More land usage description
The lower flatter Pastures could be used for animals or designed and replanted in the tropical style (aka as the Jungle) leaving open areas for planting a large home garden, housing small animals, or a housing project of sorts, large paddock for horses? A variety of options.
The surrounding area is all country, folks have farmed a variety of crops in the surrounding area, there is a very large rice farm not too far from here, others have planted Teak, or more common is African Palm for oil which is popular in the area. Cattle too, Views in the past had never made a farmer rich, and the area is not the type of area having many large ‘hills’ or ‘rises’ therefore hilltops with Ocean Views are in short supply. Another reason to Consider this Property.
Our area is not developed yet. There are a handful of hotels, and no housing communities per se. Perhaps a cluster here and there of 4-5 lots segregated and built, but nothing large scale.
